Position: Construction Helper

Location: 4204 26 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB, T6L 4G7

Salary: $23.00 hourly / 30 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Start Date: Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Mix, pour, and spread materials efficiently
• Assist heavy equipment operators as needed
• Contribute to framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
• Level earth to fine grade specifications for optimal construction conditions
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe work environment
• Remove debris and rubble from construction sites
• Direct traffic at or near construction areas as required

Requirements:

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: Willing to train, no prior experience required
• Language: Proficiency in English
• Work Environment: Comfortable working outdoors in noisy and dusty conditions
• Physical Ability: Capable of handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Personal Suitability: Dependable, team player
