Key Responsibilities:

• Clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean dining area.
• Sanitizing and washing dishes and kitchen items by hand to ensure hygiene standards.
• Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, appliances, and equipment.
• Receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in designated storage areas.
• Removing kitchen garbage and trash to maintain cleanliness.
• Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors for a clean and safe working environment.
• Assisting with food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.

Qualifications:

• No degree, certificate, or diploma required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and early mornings.
