Workers will take Malaysia, Bangladeshi big opportunity
This information was informed in a notification on the official Facebook page of Bangladesh High Commission in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday (September 17).
It is said that the Malaysian government has decided to recruit foreign workers in its plantation sector. The concerned ministry of Malaysia has already started approving the quota for the recruitment of workers in the country. On behalf of Bangladesh High Commission, the demand letter of the plantation sector is being verified manually.
All concerned are requested to submit the following information to the Bangladesh High Commission for verification of the demand letter for employment in Malaysia:
Company authorization letter (at least one employee of the company should be at manager level), original bank slip of attestation fee, latest pay slip of workers (sample pay slip of 4/5 workers), a profile of company background information mentioning the number of existing workers (domestic and Foreigner), phone numbers of 2/3 workers, company bank statement (last 3 months) with a minimum balance of 2 lakh Malaysian ringgit for 100 workers.
Also Foreign Worker Compensation Scheme Socso Document (Existing Worker Specimen Document), Foreign Worker Hospitalization and Surgica 1 Scheme (SPIKPA) (SKHPPA) Document (Existing Worker Specimen Document), JTK Approved Certificate about Existing Worker Housing, Land Ownership Deed/ Prepare 2 sets of all documents including Land Lease Deed, Commitment/Guarantee Letter, Demand Letter signed by Director, Power of Attorney, Employment Agreement, Recruiting Agent (BRA) and Company Agreement, Quota Approval Letter from concerned Ministry of Malaysia 1 set original and 1 set To be given as a copy.
It is to be noted that after a meeting with Malaysian Human Resources Minister Steven Sim on January 16 this year, Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail informed him about this decision.
