Job Details:

• Position: Farm Worker

• Salary: $18.00/hour
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Start Date: As soon as possible

• Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Early Morning

Responsibilities:

• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
• Fertilize and spray crops
• Harvest crops (mainly blueberries)
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment

Job Environment:

• Work takes place on-site (not remote)
• Outdoor farming – be prepared for dusty, hot, wet, or cold conditions
• Fast-paced and physically demanding
• Includes bending, crouching, kneeling, lifting, and standing for long periods

Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma needed
• Experience: Will train – beginners welcome!
• Personal Qualities: Team player, flexible, able to work under various weather conditions
