Job Duties:

  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Hand-harvest vegetables and row/orchard crops
  • Harvest seedlings and other farm produce
  • Fertilize, spray, and monitor crops
  • Clean crops and work areas
  • Load and unload crates and supplies
  • Monitor animal health and detect diseases in crops and livestock
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and tools
  • Examine products for quality before they go to market

Work Environment:

  • Outdoor, physically demanding farm work
  • Must work on site – no remote option
  • Full-time day shifts only

Education & Experience:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Some farming experience is an asset, but not mandatory
