Job Description:

You can be the perfect candidate to complement our experienced and close team of customer service experts who support the Danfoss Middle East and North Africa team from our office in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the starting point of communication for the designated customer network.
• Partners and coordinates with Danfoss international manufacturing sites to ensure timely product delivery.
• Provide the highest level of support to internal stakeholders in all aspects of order processing and product delivery.
• Build and maintain a strong internal network to provide the best customer support.

Job Requirements:

• Background or education in business administration, or equivalent.
• A conscientious and diligent approach with a strong sense of customer empathy.
• English, French (preferred), and Arabic (an advantage) Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the need for logistical documentation in the MENA region.
