Job Overview:

  • Wage: $17.40–$17.85 per hour (negotiable)
  • Hours per week: 50 to 72 hours

Job Responsibilities:

As a fruit farm worker, you’ll be responsible for various tasks including:

  • Planting, irrigating, and harvesting crops
  • Weeding and maintaining fields
  • Grading and sorting fruits (apples and cherries)
  • Operating farm equipment like tractors and sprayers
  • Cleaning debris, tying plants, and supporting tree growth
  • Fertilizing and inspecting produce for market readiness
  • Using hand tools and automated systems (training provided)

Work Environment:

  • Outdoor farm setting (hot, cold, wet, dusty, noisy)
  • Work may involve climbing or working at heights
  • Physically demanding – expect long hours, bending, lifting
  • All-weather conditions apply
